During the inspection I found many large issues that stemmed from problems missed when the home was built ten years ago. When the issues were shown to Brandi she was completely knowledgeable about these types of issues (which was a first for me as inspector) and understood the seriousness of the problems. Brandi was more concerned about her buyers than making the sell of the home. Brandi Hammon is one of the most ethical agents I have met to this day.
