Lovely views. Peaceful and relaxing.
The Bad: The bedroom is cramped, the furnishings while still in good condition are somewhat outdated, resembling the lovechild of a motel 6 and the average house. The kicker though was the heater. We were here December 28th-January 3rd. On New Years Eve the heat kicked the bucket. So far we have waited over 26 hours for the heat to be fixed and every time we call the emergency line they keep telling us the heat should be fine in a few hours. The temperature inside was 49 degrees and dropping. Will provide an updated review as the situation continues to play out.
So impressed with the facility. So many things to do near by. Great location. And great staff
Great rooms in the perfect spot for a ski trip or mountain trip to get out of the heat.
Wow...just Wow! $200 a night for a condo (Room 109) that was built in the early 90's and still looks and feels that way! ALL of beds were so saggy that we had to return home early as everyone's back's were killing them the next morning! The mattresses were well over 10 years old, the pillows smelled like campfire, and the carpeting and bathrooms needed serious remodeling. The cleaning folks had the unit as clean as you can get a unit that old and in need of so much work, but be warned; everything was old and worn. The front offices are not open on Sunday's so we couldn't go to the office and talk to someone to request a refund. I called the following week to see if they would work with us on even a partial refund, and they would not budge, and the front office folks were curt and cold. I would not recommend this facility at all until they remodel the unit and change the beds. I let the front office know that I intended to leave a review and would hope I could say that they at least were friendly and worked with us to make it right, but they did not. So sad. Beautiful area, but you can't charge $200+ a night for a dump! The owners of this unit should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they do for a place this old and worn out....location or not!
This place is unforgettable
The Good: It's a nice isolated area which is great for getting away. The place is very clean and neat. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and equipment. The managers office has some extra things that can be borrowed like games. The living room couch is also very comfortable.
