Customer for Life-Took my FJ in for a complete LIST of things the "Dealer" told me I needed...and Sterling cut the cost substantially by looking at my Cruiser and honestly telling me what I needed and what was unnecessary. They also fixed ALL the lug nuts that the Dealer failed to tighten when rotating my tires...and added back the ones that flew off without me knowing. Sterling Automotive is MY ONLY choice for automotive work.
STAY AWAY!!! My vehicle was towed to Sterling Automotive with about three gallons of water in the gas tank. Rather than drop the tank and drain out the water, TJ decided to run the engine with water removing additives and hi octane fuel. He opened the gas cap, hopping it would evaporate...Needless to say, this didn't work and in the end, he billed me for two fuel injectors that rusted out in the process and told me that I will need to now replace the remaining 6, since all the water running through them has rusted them as well. Then, he charged me $500 for the new fuel injectors. The car still isn't running properly. It billows white smoke, chokes out and the check engine light never goes off. I highly recommend NOT using this business!!!!! Note, it made me give them one star in order to post! I would give them nothing!!!
