Excellent customer service. To be honest I was shocked that Eden even had a bike shop. I needed some new brakes and every employee was working to their max capacity. I would be surprised if any customer was dissatisfied with their experience.
Stopped in to find out where all the mountain bike trails in the area are. The manager gave me a map and spent a lot of time helping to find the kind of trails I was looking for. He also helped with with some new gear and was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Great place to do business! Great people!
